Please bring a labeled water bottle and snacks for your child. We might ask for a small lunch as well.

The Artsy Wagon Company Liability Waiver
Please read this waiver carefully. By signing up for camp you agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this document.
1. Release of Liability:
I, on behalf of myself, my spouse, my child(children), assigns, and representatives, hereby release and forever discharge The Artsy Wagon Company, it’s owner, educators, employees, volunteers, instructors, and all other associated parties (collectively, “The Artsy Wagon”), from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, causes of action, costs, expenses, and attorney’s fees, arising out of or related to my participation in any class, event, workshop, or camp hosted by The Artsy Wagon, regardless of location, including but not limited to injuries, losses, or damages of any kind, including but not limited to personal injury, death, property damage, or emotional distress.2. Assumption of Risk:
I understand that participation in any Artsy Wagon activity may involve certain inherent risks and dangers, including but not limited to:
• Physical injury: While The Artsy Wagon will take reasonable precautions, I understand that certain activities may result in injury, including falls, trips, collisions, strains, sprains, and other physical injuries.
• Exposure to hazardous materials: Certain activities may involve the use of tools, materials, or substances that may be hazardous if mishandled or used improperly.
• Exposure to environmental hazards: Certain activities may take place outdoors and may expose me to weather conditions, wildlife, and other environmental hazards.
• Exposure to allergens and sensitivities: I understand that certain activities may involve the use of materials or substances that may trigger allergies or sensitivities in some individuals.
I voluntarily assume full responsibility for my child's safety and well-being while participating in any Artsy Wagon activity.
3. Medical Condition and Consent:
I represent that myself and my child (children) are physically and mentally capable of participating in the chosen Artsy Wagon activity and have no medical conditions or physical limitations that would prevent me from safely participating. If I have any medical conditions, allergies, or limitations, I will notify The Artsy Wagon in advance.I consent for medical treatment to be provided in the event of an emergency, and I understand that The Artsy Wagon will use reasonable efforts to obtain my consent before administering any medical treatment.
