Event Deposit
To secure a date and time, a non-refundable deposit of $100 will be charged. It will go toward the total cost. The remaining balance will be due no later than the day before the event. Payments can be done with checks, credit card (with Square swiper) or PayPal.
Travel Fee
Our home base is Los Angeles, CA but we travel throughout Southern California

Requirements WITH the Art Truck

Outside space, street level or with access to a ramp, with a 20' x 20' space for the Van and awning.

Minimum 10 feet tall space, or no ceiling.
Requirements WITHOUT the Art Truck

Minimum working space of 15' x 15', indoors or outdoors.

Drinks & food WILL NOT be provided by The Artsy Wagon.

Cancellation Policy
In order to transfer your deposit to a rescheduled date, cancellation must happen no later than 48 hours before the event.

You plan the event, we will bring the Artsy Fun. Do your event in front or inside of our new "Art Truck", in your backyard, in front of your home, or at a park nearby. All activities are customized to your special occasion's theme and age group. Parties include 3 artsy stations. Book us for an event or as a one-day ARTsy workshop.
