Payment & Deposit
To secure a your desired dates and time slot, a non-refundable $100 deposit PER CHILD is required. It will go toward the total cost. Amount due must be paid a week before first day of camp. You can choose to pay via checks, credit card or via a PayPal payable link.
Travel Fee
Our home base is Los Angeles, CA but we travel throughout Southern California.

Cancellation Policy
In order to transfer your deposit to a rescheduled date, cancellation must happen no later than 48 hours before the 1st day of class/camp.
You provide the space and we'll bring the "camp" to you. Curriculum is created by The Artsy Wagon but it is 100% customizable to the space, age, likes and abilities. Activities will include Art&Crafts, theatrical games, movement, music and STEAM activities.
ALL MATERIALS PROVIDED (including furniture protection). The choice of materials will depend on each curriculum. EVERY child gets their own apron to keep.
Requirements

Minimum of 3 kids enrolled to do a camp, no more than 3 years apart in age.

Minimum working space of 15' x 15', can be floor or table. Outside space preferred (we provide furniture protection)

Host house is required to keep a bin of materials in their home for the duration of the camp.
