Event Deposit

To secure a date and time, a non-refundable deposit of $100 will be charged. It will go toward the total cost. The remaining balance will be due no later than the day before the event. Payments can be done with checks, credit card (with a swiper) or PayPal.

 

Travel Fee 

Our home base is Los Angeles, CA but we travel throughout Southern California

  • 00 – 10 miles = $0 It’s on us!

  • 11 - 20 miles = $10

  • 21 - 30 miles = $20

  • 31 – 40 miles = $30

  • 41 – 50 miles = $40

  • 51 – 60 miles = $50

  • 61+ miles = *Ask for Pricing

*These prices are per day.

 

Requirements WITH the Art Truck
  • Outside space, street level or with access to a ramp, with a 20' x 20' space for the Van and awning.

  • Minimum 10 feet tall space, or no ceiling.

Requirements WITHOUT the Art Truck
  • Minimum working space of 15' x 15', indoors or outdoors.

  • Access to water

Materials provided:
Drinks & food WILL NOT be provided by The Artsy Wagon.
  • WITH ART TRUCK ONLY: Tables, seating, easels, water and tent/awning

  • Aprons

  • materials specific to your activity selection

  • art medium (paint, watercolor, colored sand etc)

  • paintbrushes

  • art surface (canvas, paper, tote bags, etc)

  • water containers

  • plastic tablecloths

  • plastic furniture covers

Cancellation Policy

In order to transfer your deposit to a rescheduled date, cancellation must happen no later than 48 hours before the event.

Someone will respond about your event request within one business day.

Holiday Event

You plan the event, we will bring the Artsy Fun. Do your event in front of our new "Art Truck", in your backyard, in front of your home, or at a park nearby. Paintings can be semi-guided with a customized theme or NOT guided and free-themed (each participant creates whatever they want to create with a particular set of materials and instructions)
