Event Deposit

To secure a date and time, a non-refundable deposit of $100 will be charged. It will go toward the total cost. The remaining balance will be due no later than the day before the event. Payments can be done with checks, credit card (with Square swiper) or PayPal.

 

Travel Fee 

Our home base is Los Angeles, CA but we travel throughout Southern California

  • 00 – 30 miles = $0 It’s on us!

  • 31 – 40 miles = $30

  • 41 – 50 miles = $40

  • 51 – 60 miles = $50

  • 61+ miles = *Ask for Pricing

 

Requirements

Tables, chairs, drinks & food WILL NOT be provided by The Artsy Wagon.

  • Minimum working space of 10' x 10', can be floor or table.

  • Access to water

Materials provided:
  • Aprons

  • art medium (paint, watercolor, colored sand etc)

  • paintbrushes

  • art surface (canvas, paper, tote bags, etc)

  • water containers

  • plastic tablecloths

  • plastic furniture covers

  • materials specific to your activity selection

Cancellation Policy

In order to transfer your deposit to a rescheduled date, cancellation must happen no later than 48 hours before the event.

Someone will respond about your event request within one business day.
