Event Deposit
To secure a date and time, a non-refundable deposit of $100 will be charged. It will go toward the total cost. The remaining balance will be due no later than the day before the event. Payments can be done with checks, credit card (with a swiper) or PayPal.

Our home base is Los Angeles, CA but we travel throughout Southern California

Tables, chairs, drinks & food WILL NOT be provided by The Artsy Wagon.

Cancellation Policy
In order to transfer your deposit to a rescheduled date, cancellation must happen no later than 48 hours before the event.

You plan the event, we will bring the Artsy Fun. In person parties are usually NOT guided and free themed. Each participant creates whatever they want to create with a particular set of materials and instructions. We can do guided parties upon request and customize to theme of event.
