To secure a date and time, a non-refundable deposit of $100 will be charged. It will go toward the total cost. The remaining balance will be due no later than the day before the event. Payments can be done with checks, credit card (with Square swiper) or PayPal.

Tables, chairs, drinks & food WILL NOT be provided by The Artsy Wagon.

In order to transfer your deposit to a rescheduled date, cancellation must happen no later than 48 hours before the event.

FOR COVID SAFETY PURPOSES WE ARE NOT DOING INDOOR EVENTS OF MORE THAN 10 CHILDREN.
We can provide activities for babies under 24 months, for an additional fee. Just let us know and we’ll work out the details. All materials would be non-toxic, edible and size safe.
