To secure a date and time, a non-refundable deposit of $100 will be charged. It will go toward the total cost. The remaining balance will be due no later than the day before the event. Payments can be done with checks, credit card (with Square swiper) or PayPal.

Tables, chairs, drinks & food WILL NOT be provided by The Artsy Wagon.

In order to transfer your deposit to a rescheduled date, cancellation must happen no later than 48 hours before the event.

You plan the event, we will bring the Artsy Fun. All activities are customizable to your special occasion's theme and age group. We do activities for children and adults.
